Evergreen assisted in the early-stage planning for the iLearnNYC online and blended learning pilot programs. Primary project deliverables included:

• facilitation of a strategic planning process that included stakeholders from throughout the NYCDOE
• recommendations on educational goals, target student populations, and organizational models
• a multi-year budget to support program operations
